  • You may (coming soon) reserve your property online 24/7 or by calling our booking line at (218) 214-9896 (ext 1) during normal business hours.

  • Our properties all come stocked with bedroom linens and bathroom and kitchen towels. We also ensure you have basic kitchen and bathroom supplies - soap, paper towels, dish soap and some dishwasher pods. See each listing for details on specific amenities..

  • Check in is generally at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered to you depending on situation and property availability for a small up charge.

  • Great question! There is a LOT to do. In the summer there’s fishing, boating, hiking, biking, ATVs, camping, shopping, dining and much more. Winter has its own unique opportunities including world-class snowmobiling, cross country skiing, show-shoeing and more. There are also many fun community events, festivals and competitions that bring people from all across the continent to enjoy the area.   • There are several local businesses that rent high quality pontoons and fishing boats at reasonable rates. The se can be rented by the day or the week. We would be happy to supply you with the names and contact info of vendors we trust in the area. Some of them will even deliver right to the dock of the place you are renting with us!

  • Please refer to the listing of the particular home you prefer. Most have room for multiple cars and/or trailers. If you have specific questions regarding parking or trailer storage, feel free to reach out via phone, email or the contact form on this website.

  • Many of our properties are located within a few minutes boat or car ride from the NP Visitor Center. Almost all properties will be within a 15 minute drive. And if you are staying in a property that doesn’t have a private dock, there is a public boat launch and trailer parking area at the Visitor Center you can use to gain access to the park via water.

  • You sure might! Being one of the most northern parts of the continental US, you are as close to the action as you can be when you visit here. The conditions that make for optimal viewing of the Northern Lights can vary based on atmospheric conditions and weather, but every summer the internet and local shops are flooded with breathtaking photos of our dancing nighttime “Light Shows”.

  • Any time! Every month of the year offers unique activities and events catering to outdoor lovers based on the season. The most popular times of year to visit are summer and the shoulder seasons, but there is also a huge influx of visitors during the winter who want to try unique winter activities and experience the park and local environment in a whole new way!

  • Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking.

  • We do have a number of “Pet Friendly” accommodations. {So sorry, pups only} Please call one of our Vacation Planners today for specifics on bringing your pet. Note: If you bring your pet to the property without permission, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Additionally, there is a minimum cleaning fee of $300.
